    Today I had a leak detection test by Rhett and Oscar from Herndon McFarland Plumbing. They were very professional and honest young men. They said my water and plumbing lines were healthy, despite another plumbing company saying I had a $13000 under slab job to do! I had been stressing over this for 2 weeks. The happy news today made me want to cry. I will recommend this company to everyone that has plumbing issues! Thank you again!

    When I called the receptionist she was kind and told me exactly what was going to happen, and told me the name of the mechanic who was coming, and that he would call to let me know his arrival time. Our mechanic was David. He diagnosed the problem then explained what needed to be done ( in laymen terms) and the cost. We had very good service. We will use Herndon McFarland Plumbing in the future.

    I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.

    Eddie and his partner came to my home. They had to dig up my bathroom floor and wall to work on a water leak. They were very professional, polite, and took extra care to minimize the damage and disturbance. When they left there were no sign they worked all day other than their work being completed. Two honorable trustworthy men. I strongly recommend this plumbing company for their excellent work. If they hire such good people as these two you have to know it is a very reputable company.

    Patrick and his team were fantastic. These guys worked hard and were honest from start to finish. They took their boots off each time they came in and were always respectful. I appreciated their down home and down to earth relaxed nature. No high pressure salesperson dressed as a hard working service person. I received no less than four estimates for my natural gas water heater. All but two companies told me I would need a new water heater. Of the two that were honest, only Herndon McFarland Plumbing could do the repair. The other only did new installs and replacements (big box company). I would recommend Herndon McFarland Plumbing to anyone. They deserve the highest praise. What a great experience.

    "Without exception, all of the guys were prompt, courteous, professional and respectful of the home."
    I hired this company to help me with the detection and repair of some plumbing slab leaks. I spent about 6 1/2 days with them in total. Javier and Oscar were the main people on the job and they were great. Slab leak detection is not an easy process, but Javier was persistent and patient as he worked diligently to locate the leaks. At different points throughout the drilling, digging, plumbing repair, replacement of the dirt, repair of the floor, and clean-up, the company also sent Blake, Pedro, Eddie, Carlos, Taylor, Shawn, and Reggie to help. Without exception, all of the guys were prompt, courteous, professional and respectful of the home. They also had empathy for how difficult and scary this type of process is for the homeowner, and were all very kind and wiling to answer my questions along the way. Everyone seemed really happy to be working for the company, and said very nice things about their boss, Lee McFarland, who was also very pleasant to deal with. All in all, these guys were conscientious, took pride in their work and did a really good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Just had testing done for sewer and slab leaks. Trent and his helper showed up on time & were very professional. We were also impressed with their attention to keeping our house clean -- took off shoes, put down plastic where working, etc. Trent did an excellent job on repairs and explained everything very well...what an outstanding employee! The whole process was a pleasant surprise! We will use this company again & recommend their services.

    Trent and Reggie were the most professional associates entering our home. They listened to our concerns and information before even starting to investigate a supposed foundation leak. They treated our home with respect as if it were there's. When they finished they summarized what they did, answered our questions and made some suggestions concerning the water pressure coming into our home. We were very pleased with their work.     Very large complex job in the end, the kitchen plumbing had to be rerouted outside. All of the employees who were at my home were professional, helpful and on time.     These folks are fantastic. They could not solve our problem. On the first trip out they augured out the drain in the showered. But that did not remove the smell when the exhaust fan was on. They came out again, checked the attic and exhaust vent on roof and the attic. There apparently is no vent for the bathroom exhaust and they thought the smell was due to attic insulation. They suggested putting an exhaust vent in as well as an additional roof vent. And they did not charge for the second visit!

Shawn, in particular was super helpful I had a few nagging issues that I had been meaning to address when we had a small flood push the urgency of getting a plumber in. We were able to schedule an appointment on short notice. Shawn showed up exactly 1 minute early, he dissuaded me from doing some work that, while profitable for the company, wasn't necessary. And he quickly completed the items I did move forward on. Outstanding experience all around.
